Summer Kids Workshops
Kansas City is ethnically diverse and shaped by the unique cultures of our citizens. Come and learn about different cultures that make the Kansas City community unique. Listen to stories and music, look at art and taste foods of Kansas City’s thriving ethnic communities.
Walk and Talk
Get some exercise, benefit the environment and learn—all in one program! Learn about the cultural history of Kansas City and about its geological features, while strolling down beautiful Cliff Drive. This new program is scheduled the first and third weekends in June, July and August. Produced with the Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department’s “Car Free Weekends” on Cliff Drive
Fridays in July
Roaring laughter and rhythmic tones will be heard at Kansas City Museum at Corinthian Hall in July, as the Museum kicks off its first “Fridays in July.” Join us underneath Kansas City Museum’s Summer Pavilion for family-friendly films and bands.
