Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at the Information
Booth located in Grand Hall and the Information Booth in the Grand Gallery on Level C. They are available on a first come first serve
basis for our guests at no charge. We require a valid driver's
license to hold as a deposit during the use of the wheelchair.
Handicapped Parking
Handicap parking is available for guests in the West Yards parking lot as well as in parking lot off of Pershing Road, in front of Union Station and along OK street off of the lower level Theater District.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request for use in our theaters. Please see a Guest Service Representative upon arrival to the show.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Wheelchair seating is available in our three theaters. Wheelchair accessibility to our Extreme Screen is located on the upper level, a Guest Service Representative will available for any assistance needed.
