Mary Shelly’s classic gothic tale of scientific monster-making comes to life with a young cast of actors. Based on the novel written in 1818, the play tells the story of an audacious experiment by Dr. Victor Frankenstein. He acquires the corpse of a large man and begins his injections, chemical treatments, and electrical stimulations on the body in an effort to restore it to life. When he succeeds the scientific triumph turns to tragic mayhem and deep regret for the doctor.
