Get a sneak peak of the largest digital art installation in station history

Take a look at this excerpt from “The Monument Comes Alive,” an animated musical journey through 100 years of Union Station history — from the Golden Age of Railroads thru the rebirth of this Kansas City monument — by super-talented local groups Quixotic, Bazillion, and Bic Media.

Using state of the art projection mapping and twelve 20K digital projectors, the exterior of the Station will be transformed into an enormous 3D digital canvas that will soar a full ten stories tall and one city block wide. Presented by Ivy Funds, Waddell and Reed, and the National World War I Museum, the digitally animated scrapbook will be set to an original musical score.

Kansas City’s Quixotic — the internationally recognized, multi-media performing arts group — in partnership with Bazillion Pictures and BIC Media, has created this electrifying digital show that captures 100 years of Kansas City history.
