Holiday Reflections Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure where to park? Don't know how much mini-train ride tickets cost? We've got you covered!
Purchasing tickets online in advance is highly encouraged. There is limited walk-up availability and evenings and weekends will sell out. You can purchase tickets online here
When purchasing online: Select a date and time for your visit. Hourly capacities are strictly limited; walk-up tickets may or may not be available. Advanced ticket purchases are strongly encouraged.
PARKING: For convenient access, we recommend parking in the multi-level parking garage, located just west of Union Station. Guests can either enter through the lower level or the convenient pedestrian bridge located on the third floor of the parking garage. Entry into Holiday Reflections is via the main floor in Grand Hall.
REFRESHMENTS: Please note that food and drink are not allowed inside Holiday Reflections. This ensures a clean and pristine environment for everyone to fully immerse themselves in the captivating displays and engaging activities.
RESTROOMS: There are restrooms located in Holiday Reflections. Please note: In-and-out entry is not permitted.
NO COSTUMES: While we encourage festive attire, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing Santa or other character costumes. We exclusively permit Union Station authorized and vetted cast members to do Santa Claus and character costumes within Holiday Reflections. This discourages guests, especially our precious children, from approaching strangers dressed in character.
LENGTH OF VISIT: Plan to spend 60-90 minutes inside, immersing yourself in the extraordinary journey that awaits. Take your time, indulge your curiosity and let the magic unfold around you. Please note: Due to capacity and dwell time, there is a no re-entry policy for the exhibition.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Photos are encouraged. Capture the magic for your personal memories. However, please note that selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors. We kindly ask that no commercial photography takes place within Holiday Reflections.
ACCESSIBILITY, SEATING & WHEELCHAIRS: Holiday Reflections is wheelchair accessible. There will be limited seating available throughout the walk-thru experience for guests who need to take periodic rests. Union Station does not provide wheelchairs.
