By completing this transaction, I understand and agree to the following:

Agreement:

I have not — nor has anyone in my party visiting Union Station – experienced any signs of illness whatsoever within the 14 days leading up to my visit.

I will adhere to all health and safety guidelines communicated in all formats while visiting Union Station. (You are also responsible to ensure minors in your party follow all guidelines.)

I will be asked to leave Union Station if I willfully disregard the various health and safety guidelines passed down from the CDC and imposed by local, county or state authorities. In such a case, refunds of attraction tickets will not be issued.

While Union Station has implemented enhanced health and safety measures, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By reserving or purchasing these tickets to Union Station, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 during my visit.
